4 cups baby arugula, gently washed and dried
6–8 fresh ripe figs, quartered
2 ounces feta (or goat) cheese, crumbled
¼ cup toasted walnuts (lightly chopped)
2 tablespoons THREE SILOS Italian Fig balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons THREE SILOS Estate Reserve EVOO
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine arugula, figs, feta (or goat) cheese, and walnuts.
Drizzle with THREE SILOS Estate Reserve EVOO and THREE SILOS Italian Fig balsamic vinegar.
Season lightly with sea salt and pepper, then toss gently.
